30 Days, One Big Update: Meet the New

After 30 days of rebuilding, we're shipping our biggest update yet — a rewritten core system, a fresh design, faster performance, and simpler login. Here's everything that's new.

For the past 30 days, our team has been heads-down rebuilding key parts of our platform. Today, we're rolling it out to everyone.

This isn't a small patch. We rewrote the core of how our system works, refreshed the design from top to bottom, and made the whole experience noticeably faster. Here's what changed and why it matters for you.

A Rebuilt Core: Smarter Answer Evaluation

The heart of any IELTS mock test platform is how it understands and evaluates your answers. That's the part we focused on first.

We've fully rewritten the logic behind answer evaluation and question handling. What this means for you:

  • More accurate scoring across all sections
  • Faster results after you finish a test
  • A stronger foundation for new features we're shipping next

This was the biggest engineering effort in this release — and it opens the door for capabilities we couldn't build before, including more detailed analytics and adaptive question flows coming in future updates.

A Fresh New Design

The interface got a complete visual refresh. Cleaner layouts, better typography, more whitespace where it counts, and a consistent feel across every page.

The goal wasn't change for the sake of change — it was to remove friction. Less visual noise means you spend less time figuring out where things are, and more time on what actually matters: preparing for your test.

Significantly Faster

Performance was the third big focus area. We optimized how the app loads, how it fetches data, and how it renders pages.

The result: the app opens noticeably faster. Pages feel instant. Whether you're starting a mock test, reviewing results, or jumping into vocabulary practice — there's no more waiting.

Simplified Login

We removed the external email login option. From now on, sign-in is Google only.

Why? Two reasons:

  1. Security — Google auth is more secure than passwords, no risk of forgotten credentials or weak passwords.
  2. Simplicity — one click, you're in. No forms, no verification emails, no friction.

If you previously logged in with an external email, you'll just need to sign in with the Google account associated with that email — your account, history, and progress are all preserved.

What's Coming Next

This release is a foundation. With the new core in place, we can move much faster on features users have been asking for:

  • Writing & Speaking AI Evaluation
  • More mock tests added regularly

We'll share more soon.

Try It Out

The update is live now. Open the app and see for yourself — it should feel different the moment you open it.

If you spot anything off, have feedback, or just want to say hi: we're online 24/7 on Telegram and WhatsApp.

Thanks for being part of this journey. This update wouldn't exist without your feedback over the last few months — keep it coming.
