How we protect you
Account protection
We use industry-standard encryption for credentials and session tokens. Sign out from shared devices and use a unique password.
Data we store
Only data needed to deliver your mock tests, feedback, and account features. We never sell personal information to third parties.
Leaderboard privacy
You can opt out of the public leaderboard at any time from Profile Settings, or request removal by contacting support.
Respectful community
Speaking partners and chat features are moderated. Harassment, spam, and impersonation are not tolerated.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account from Profile Settings. Deletion removes test history and personal data.
Reporting abuse
Found a bug, suspicious account, or unsafe content? Report it directly to support@mockarena.uz and our team will investigate.
Community guidelines
MOCKARENA is a shared learning space. These rules keep practice sessions, partner chats, and the leaderboard fair for everyone.
- Be respectful in chats, speaking sessions, and leaderboard interactions.
- Do not share other learners' answers, recordings, or feedback without consent.
- Use only your own account — sharing or reselling MOCKARENA accounts is prohibited.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the platform, scrape content, or bypass usage limits.
- Report suspicious behaviour or content to support@mockarena.uz right away.
