By accessing or using MOCKARENA, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

MOCKARENA is an independent IELTS preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by IDP, the British Council, Cambridge English, or any official IELTS test owner.

MOCKARENA provides online mock IELTS practice tests, AI-assisted feedback, study tools, leaderboards, and connections to instructors and speaking partners. All test results, band scores, and feedback are practice estimates only and are not official IELTS results.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing accurate information when registering.

You must not:

• Create accounts using false information or impersonate another person.
• Share, resell, or allow others to use your account.
• Interfere with the platform's operation, scrape content, or bypass usage limits.

Band scores generated by MOCKARENA are produced for practice and self-evaluation and are approximations only. No official IELTS certification is granted by MOCKARENA under any circumstances.

We make no guarantee that your performance on MOCKARENA mock tests will match your performance on the official IELTS exam.

You agree to use MOCKARENA only for lawful, non-commercial study purposes. You may not use the platform to harass other users, distribute malware, or engage in fraudulent activity.

All content on MOCKARENA — including questions, audio, written prompts, AI feedback, design, and code — is the property of MOCKARENA or its licensors and is provided for non-commercial practice only.

You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, or create derivative works from any MOCKARENA content without our prior written permission.

Your username and band score performance may appear on public leaderboards to motivate other learners. You can opt out of the leaderboard or request removal at any time by adjusting your profile settings or contacting us.

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and removes test attempts, scores, and personal information associated with your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.

MOCKARENA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any inaccuracies in band score estimates or AI feedback.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss.
• Any outcomes you experience on the official IELTS exam.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of MOCKARENA after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
