Your IELTS practice test results, including band score estimates and AI feedback, are stored in your account so you can track progress over time.

These results are generated for practice purposes only and are not official IELTS results. Band scores are approximate and may differ from your performance on the official exam.

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to sign out of shared devices after use.

We use trusted third-party services to operate MOCKARENA, including hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, and AI evaluation engines.

These services are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes beyond what is needed to provide their services to us.

You have the right to delete your MOCKARENA account at any time. You can do this from your profile settings, or by contacting support@mockarena.uz.

Account deletion permanently removes your personal data, test attempts, scores, and recordings from our systems, except where we are required to retain limited data for legal or accounting reasons.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Opt out of the public leaderboard or marketing communications.
